Do I have to use the shop my insurance company picks?
No. It's your car and your choice. Your insurer can suggest a shop, but you can bring it to us, and we'll work with them the same way.
Can you really give me an estimate from photos?
For most damage, yes. Text four photos, the car from each corner and a close-up of the damage, and we'll send a written estimate back, usually the same business day. If something looks hidden, we'll ask you to stop by for fifteen minutes.
How long will my car be in the shop?
Dents and bumpers usually take one to three days. Bigger collision work takes one to two weeks, depending on parts. We text you updates and photos along the way.
Will the new paint match the rest of the car?
Yes. We mix from your car's factory paint code, check it on test cards in daylight and blend it into the panels next to the repair. Then it's guaranteed for as long as you own the car.
My car isn't drivable. Can you help?
Call or text us from wherever it is. We'll arrange the tow to the shop and start on the claim the same day.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our paint work, against peeling, fading, cracking and color mismatch, for as long as you own the car. It's written on your invoice.
